What is Everything Cheeze?

Everything Cheeze is primarily a Cashew Parmesan Alternative. It’s raw vegan, gluten free, and soy free. Everything Cheeze is inherently sustainable, shelf-stable, and made with fairtrade organic cashews. It’s highly differentiated as a multi-use product that can be used as a Parmesan on foods like pizza, pasta, or popcorn, or simply hydrated with boiling water and blended into a creamy Queso, Ricotta, or Mac & Cheeze Sauce in 30 seconds.

About the Founder

Alison Elliott founded The Farmer Foodie LLC, as her food blog in January 2020 to share her lifelong passion for recipe creation and sustainable organic food. She is a plant-forward recipe and product developer. Many of her recipes are inspired by her four year career as an Education Manager at McEnroe Organic Farm in Millerton, NY. Ali has published over 160 sustainable recipes on her website: thefarmerfoodie.com

Ali is a passionate solo social entrepreneur. Ali has an MBA in Social Impact and an MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. 

Everything Cheeze is her first product launch. It's the culmination of four plant-based cheeze recipes she created over the last two years. Ali values environmental sustainability and puts it at the forefront of all lifestyle and business decisions.
