Everything Cheeze is inherently sustainable. Our hydrate at home model mitigates the avoidable environmental and economic impacts of shipping water and refridgeration. Each year, the United States grocery channel emits 25% of refrigerants (a greenhouse gas known as hydrofluorocarbons), which can be up to 9,000 times more impactful than carbon dioxide.

Alison Elliott founded The Farmer Foodie LLC, as her food blog in January 2020 to share her lifelong passion for recipe creation and sustainable organic food. She is a plant-forward recipe and product developer. Many of her recipes are inspired by her four year career as an Education Director at McEnroe Organic Farm in Millerton, NY. Ali is a passionate solo social entrepreneur. Ali has an MBA in Social Impact and an MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.

Everything Cheeze is inherently sustainable. It's a dry and shelf-stable product with a multi-month shelf life. It's made with clean ingredients like fair trade organic cashews and organic black pepper, onion, garlic, and turmeric.
Everything Cheeze is a multi-use product. Simply add water and mix it into a creamy Queso, Ricotta, or Mac & Cheese. Our cashews are fair trade, organic, and ethically sourced from a community-driven social impact enterprise in Africa. We only use fair trade organic cashews sourced directly from farmers because we seek to positively impact their economic security. Our sourcing decisions also decrease our products footprint.
The majority of cashews grown in Africa are exported to India or Vietnam to be shelled. Cashews are five times larger with their shells, increasing the cost of freight and therefore, increasing the overall footprint of the nut. This process also exports jobs, lowering farmers economic return.
